Our Team

  • Tyler Margetts, CEO

    Tyler is the owner of 49 Capital which acquired Focus Manufacturing Services in April of 2021. Prior to starting 49 Capital, Tyler worked as a Sr. Product Manager in the HR technology industry where he developed saas software used by millions of users across the globe. Tyler has a bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Marriott School of Management.

  • Scott Jorgensen, CFO

    As Managing Director of 49 Capital, Scott leads all financial aspects of Focus Manufacturing Services. Prior to joining 49 Capital, Scott served as an Operating Partner for Banyan Ventures, where he was the Chief Executive Officer of MobilityRE, a Banyan portfolio company. Before Banyan, Scott was at Beehive Credit Union, a Utah-based community financial institution where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Scott has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah.

  • Roger Lindhard, CRO

    Roger started his career in manufacturing over 30 years ago holding various positions with iFIT and Airgas before pursuing his entrepreneurial aspirations of owning his own business in 2004. He has been a co-founder of several successful companies prior to co-founding Wasatch Fab and Machine (now Focus Manufacturing Services) in 2014. Roger is passionate about always taking care of his customers, providing solutions and a winning combination for their success. He balances his life by spending time in the outdoors with family and friends enjoying all that Utah has to provide.

  • Ryan Allen, COO

    Prior to working with Focus Manufacturing Services Ryan held various roles in manufacturing including project manager, customer relations manager, director of supply chain, and vice president of operations. Ryan has always had a strong emphasis on building sustainable processes through developing people and focusing on continuous improvement. Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Weber State University.
